Hi! I’m Tanya!
For over 25 years, I’ve been helping people heal their nervous systems, supporting authentic connections with others and the world around them, so they can feel seen and heard without overwhelm. I’m currently finishing the advance year of Somatic Experiencing(TM) Certification training.
I find my grounding in gentle anti-capitalist beliefs. I believe systemic problems create individual consequences, and the solution lies in connection—a process that requires both personal capacity and healing. I want those doing the good work needed for connection and community to thrive!

It is a short 30-45 minute Zoom call. All you have to do is be yourself. As we talk about your work, what you’ve tried to find clients, what feels hard and stressful, and most importantly, what you dream for yourself and your business.
As we talk, with deep compassion and understanding (I know the idea of being “assessed” can feel stressful in itself!), I’ll be watching the subtle ways your nervous system shifts between different somatic states.
